Told you...didn't I

Morning folks...if you pop over here on a regular basis you will already know that the more time I have on my hands to come up with crafty stuff...the more I dither and faff about...oh to be as organised as you all think I am...I'm holding my hands up...guilty as charged of  "skidding in by the seat of my pants" yet again. The first monthly Penny Black Saturday Challenge will close at 8pm tonight...you still have time to enter if you get your skates on and no doubt you can guess where this is going....with a brand new challenge due to be posted in 2 days time...I haven't got round to making my DT card yet...I did warn you this might happen BUT in between today's Olympic Sofa Marathon viewing...I'll be pulling on those "last minute" big girl knickers and hopefully nailing it.
I had a fun time fabric shopping yesterday and came home with these gorgeous goodies...

and Mr Postie had paid a visit while I was out...my parcel of beautiful "Christmas Joy" Wool Felt had arrived in super duper speedy fast time from The Ribbon Girl...along with my DT goodies for the August Colour Challenge...can you tell there's a theme developing...
and how kind of Mary and Andrea to send me one of their
gorgeous Mini Makes Kits to play with
I have something in mind already for this bundle of deliciousness and Mr TH has posted his August Tag for "12 Tags of 2012" so I need to get a bit of a wiggle on.
Catch up with you all tomorrow
Hugs Kath xxx

Hi Kath, that red looks lovely and btight, I thought it looked like denim underneath but maybe it's my morning eyes to blame for that.Looking forward to some sneak peaks soon, have a good day no sign of Mr Sun yet.

Looks like you've got lots of nice goodies to play with Kath.

I've had a bit of an unproductive day! Started off getting my paper. Then off to the Happy Plant for their favourite black biscuits. Then the new craft shop at Oldmeldrum. Then I thought I might as well visit the Papeterie. Then a quick trip to Tesco for some fruit and sugar to make jam. Well I did achieve something after all. Lime curd and blueberry jam. May have to make scones now. ie tomorrow!

Kat xx
